Dear I am not from excise office. There are physical verification office in Lahore and Peshawar too. You can transfer car in these cities too.

Check from the excise office in Lahore. There should be a counter or place for Islamabad number cars.

Stamp paper is seller purchaser document.

Agar Dupliacte Smart Card ho aur transfer karwain to new owner ko jo card milega us pay b Duplicate stamped hoga ya nahin.?

I think duplicate he hoga. You can check it online excise office. It's mentioned it original or duplicate. If duplicate there it might be printed as duplicate.

You didn't watch video properly. I told in video I filled form Then went in inspection queue. Generate id online and done inspection. Also send same id to seller to generate biometric. When inspection complete and I was going back . Seller send me biometric through WhatsApp.

You have to take NOC from bank. Rest procedure of inspection will be same. I have made a video of transfer from bank. Check that from play list

owner ki biometric gari ki physical inspection k baad generate hogi? Matlab pehly excise ja kr forms submit krwa k physical inspection krwani hai uske baad wo tracking id owner ko dene hai aur wo biometric dega?

Yes. You can generate your id in morning first and ask owner to send his biometric from any esahoolat shop near to him. He can WhatsApp you the biometric in the meantime you complete your inspection and submit biometric getting a print from outside excise office and submit on same day

You have to fill form Do apply online for excise office for transfer and get id. Get your car inspection. In the meantime time send same id to owner too. Once inspection complete . Biometric is generated against same id after inspection is completed. After inspection complete call owner again to send you biometric slip in hard form if near to excise office or by WhatsApp to get a print from outside excise office to submit on same day and time. To complete process.

Ksi b counter pe buyer ka biometric hota hai process complete krne k liay? If I am the buyer I can't go go. And I send someone on my behalf. And I also fill their details in the Islamabad city app. Tu is case me transfer hojae gi ya buyer ka biometric b zaruri hai? Agar buyer mojood nhn hai aur Uska biometric required hai tu Kia wo baad me jaa k biometric krwa skta ? If yes in how much time?

No biometric of buyer needed any where. But you can give letter of authority to someone who is going on your behalf . Your signatures on form required also. Biometric from seller include the name and cnic of buyer now. Also the stamp of purchase is Also part of record

Upto my information procedure is same. You have smart card of bike. Because procedure is same vehicle transfer and bike fall under this category.

@@railfans7453 if your car is 2000cc and model is more than 5 years older then RS 3000 plus RS 1465 smart card fee. If less than 5 years old than some other tax to be added.

@QasimGhakhar366 depends upon how old is your car. If more than 10 years old then year token for 1300 cc in RS 1500 plus some surcharge in your case . If your car has smart cart . Install city app and you can get exact amount of token and can pay online.
