My drone video of a section of the Trans Mountain Oil Pipeline between Chilliwack and Abbotsford BC Canada. I started in May 2023 and the last footage I shot was November 8th as they were filling the trenches and finishing this section.This project has been ongoing for several years now and is seriously over budget and behind schedule. For many reasons, this project generated a lot of controversy. It goes from Edmonton in Alberta to Burnaby on the BC coast. When finished, it will transport crude and refined oil products and will double the capacity and will run roughly parallel to the existing pipeline.
