Just about to head off camping, have added this to my menu plan. I love having the time to create delicious food and enjoy eating it while out camping.

I think it was better than the curry. Which is crazy as the curry was soooo good. She's so happy to back in her school thanks buddy 👍

Looked like an amazing breakfast for sure! I may give this a go myself, but dreading not having a nonstick pan in either of my Trangias 😂 I've been putting together quite a few new recipes lately and perfecting some of my others. Several new curries, farfalle in white clam sauce with charred grape tomatoes, a very hearty creamy potato leek soup, shrimp and mussel cajun boil, the gnocchi that I sent you on Instagram, etc.
