GREAT STUFF thanks! Honeywell thermostat book had notta in it, "professional" that installed it had it set at factory ZERO degrees. I set mine at 35 before propane kicks in. PERFECT, thanks again!

I did not understand either he set up the heating or cooling, I am struggling in setting up cooling.

Thank you!! Set mine higher as gas is 1/3 the cost of E here in N ID our pump was set at 35 and our bill was 260 E vs 76 gas in December. Plus gas is warmer heat if u know.what I mean or have a fireplace which we do and run alot and our E was still high. Set our pt to 45 .. $0.70 per therm for gas here

Is a trane unit trash when the INSIDE temp reading does not move? It turned to two dashes later and the AC will not shut off when you hit OFF or raise temp above the inside room temp that is currently displayed. TY

You can disable the programmable feature by changing the setting for option 0160 to "0". "0" is for non-programmable and "4" is programmable.

This video was related to an installation with a heat pump outdoor unit and having a gas furnace as the second stage of heating instead of an electric heater.
