Trains at Newton Abbot, GWML + RL - 20/8/16
In this video I visited Newton Abbot on the Exeter to Plymouth part of the Great Western Main Line and on the Riveria Line. Services are seen here by Great Western Railway and Cross Country. Joining me here was TrainclipsHD, South West Trainspotting, Laira83D, Western Railway Photography, Great Western Trains and GreatWesternSpotter so do check all their channels out.
Newton Abbot was a brilliant station to visit and is one of those stations that I just keep on going back to. It's a small station but serves a heavy amount of traffic especially during peak time. It was exceptionally busier this time around because of the horse racing that was taking place so security were patrolling the station. All in all it was another successful session here and of course I'll always come back here.
My next station is Clapham Junction for the first part of my 800 subscriber special on Friday 26th August. The next station on my Rover series is Torre on Saturday 27th August.

ok thanks I think there will be a GWR green class 150 running that day. Because I know there is a GWR green class 150 at Barnstaple at 1143 on Saturdays so I look forward to hopefully seeing one in your video.

i love the pacers, and i was there that day went down to paignton to the steam railway and to see the torbay express although got canceled ;( bet then cought the green HST back and it was wonder fall! although did almost get my head taken off by a signal post and a 150. but i surpose that what i get when i stick my head out the window at 75MPH, ooops

+Simulator24/7 See I can understand why people like Pacers it's just I dislike them. I would just say be careful for next time if you window hang as you never know what can happen.

I think the front of the 17:19 to paddington was 43122 idk
GWR HST's are staying, 20 will be refurbished and turned into mini-HST's.

Pacers are fine it is just the track most of the time which makes them give off a lot of flange

If you don't like class 142s and 143s then what dmu's do you like cuz my favourite dmu is a class 158 cuz there seats are so cumfy

+KTV Videos Sheffield is hell when it comes to pacers some people don't like them some people do and I don't know why people like them cuz everytime you go on one they bounce up and down like a bus when they go over points and their brakes sound extremely terrible that you could easily lose your hearing because of them that's why they should be replaced with class 158s cuz they are more suitable to ride on than bloody pacers lol
