Awesome super helpful video thank you❤
I had a major surgery looming and had a year to get ready for it. I bought the best treadmill NordicTrack made, and simply started working on it. I'd get my HR up to about 155-165 and after a few months I was able to keep it above 138 bpm average and did this for an hour every other day, and sometimes would do it twice a day for four months. I was able to get my resting zone HR down to 52 bpm! My doctor's anesthesiologist demanded I have a cardiologist sign off before the operation. I was 61 YO at the time and am 64 now. I am still doing this workout, every other day.
This is super informative and helpful thank you! I recently updated my fitbit and it features heart rate zones in the active minutes section. I’m still a little confused but this video makes me excited to track my heart rate on my run
Wow thanks for the info!!

Thanks for watching!
I dont know what to think. I train and the stairmaster says my heart rate is like 179 - 182 and i do that for at least 30 minutes and then slow it down some for another 10 or 15 minutes. Stairmater, level 7 then level 6. Thats it. I blast my heart. Feels great. Gets me leaner than some easier cardio I used to do. This actually strengthens my heart where if i do easier cardio, its like not feeling like my heart gets stronger. Basically its like riding a bike super far, wears you all the way out, heart maxed out riding hard. I used to wrestle and nothing maxed my heart out more than that and im still not even going that hard. Im 41. So either I got the heart of a 20 year athlete or yea, thats what it is, thats the only possibilty. Sometimes my resting heart rate is almost high. 87 beets like right now. Coffee yea... lol
Great video, kudos.

Glad you enjoyed it!
I started to exercise recently. Im a little overweight for about 2-5lb 30years old men. I was active only until my 22 after that in and out. I bought a Apple Watch to keeper my heart rate monitored during exercise and Ive been doing well so far for a month. My normal session of cardio is average 167-177 bpm and always for 30min and it is recorded as peak activity recommended for no more than 5min but I don’t really feel any negative effects of doing it for 30min. My question is even though it might cause a negative effect if I continue for the long run? I do incline treadmill steady pace and what had made me stoped once were my calfs getting very overloaded but bearable.

@@pedrovorpholiveira9154 I checked it is a Apple Watch it is good and many sources recommended as reliable enough. I also tried with the treadmill and is pretty similar. I did it for 3months average 4 times a week and I felt normal at rest even my heart when very low at rest. Unfortunately now im not training maybe I start again soon idk
At no point does she mention which zone is best for fat loss.
