Hello. Drascus here. Training log number 243. Potentially going back to training five times a week. Training feels better when I'm never not sore because it's easier to keep it up than to go back into being sore after longer rest day streaks.

3x5 weighted dips
+75kg/165.3lbs
(185kg/407.8lb total weight)
3x3 OHP @ 70kg/155lbs
3x6 pull-ups
3x20 wrist supinations
3x10 wrist extensions
2x3x20 various gymnastics wrist exercises
2x35 swings with bokken
grain bucket grip training to failure

    Good training session man, I was thinking of doing 5 days a week of training too because there's a lot of things that has been bugging my mind lately and I want to distract myself away from all of it, Godspeed brother..
