Training log #1
Hello. My name is Drascus. I live in an irrelevant location. Ever since my gym closed, I've been looking for ways to resume training with whatever tools I can find, invent or make with what I have. Here is a training session I've been repeating on Tuesdays and Fridays for a few weeks.
Excuse the awful 5 dollar mic quality, I did my best to reduce the background noise but no amount of editing can hide it.
Full training session:
3x5 stiff leg deadlift + row complex
5 minutes of jump rope (as best I could)
Heavy bag boxing training for 3 rounds of 2 minutes
5x20 bodyweight squats
+ Grip training (not shown)
Hopefully, I will make more logs like this at least semi-regularly.

these are still toned down from what I used to be like training alone in the gym, they'll ramp up again in due time
