I trained in Mississippi with the klan redneck style. They thought they were so intimidating. The preacher called me names under his breath.

Old school park workouts just hit different. C.T. Is an absolute legend

We worked out in dirty horse barn with rusty equipment in high school. Had weights in the hay loft & used bars on cattle trailer to do pull ups. You don’t need fancy equipment all you gotta do is put in the work.

Been working out for 4 years now and you’re the first fitness KZreadr I actually look forward to seeing their videos. Thanks for the motivation🔥

Now this is inspiring me to get back to intense workout, actually prison style which i love the most, 50-100 burpees, push up, pull ups, squats every couple hours, 3-4x a day. Loving the 4am runs now, building myself back slowly.
