I tried to get decent seats but only ones left are further back which after my log lift accident I'm in a neck brace so live stream for me I think !! Can't wait still

Have an idea, would it be good to just practice picking up the bags. Try to get fast just doing them? If you could cut down on even a second or 2 it would help. Then have a section just for carrying. Maybe have a table to keep it on then carry the bag from standing position. Practice running for 3 seconds or something maybe could train. Micro. It's just a thought

No I listen to metal when I train and it’s turned up to 11, however if I leave that music on in the background for an extended period of time the video will get flagged for copyright (hence the non-copyright music over the top)
