This was a workout we did on a down day between big swells a couple weeks back, it was an absolute scorcher because we over programmed it, goal was just to put fire in the lungs and keep the engine revving for full days of work in the water! Then we went fishing!

    Hope that shoulder is healing well young Brother. I tore my rotator cuff, and healed completely on the elliptical. That life cycle is good too, any low impact will heal you well. Shoots.

    The fish is either a Papio or Omilu (Jack fish/Trevally) and they are gorgeous.. bigger ones over 10lbs are known as Ulua. Good stuff!!

    Man thanks for posting these! I like to do a lot of HIIT stuff (box jumps, thrusters, lunges, etc) when at the gym but i don't have a variation of exercises to do. Is there a way/a place you could post your routine? Thanks man and I hope winter never stops!

    A 250 rep workout with 250 cal row is quite a gnarly WOD EDIT: I wrote this before the insane guy decided to add 1 mile start and 1 mile finish

    Never understood the idea of catching and releasing a fish. Basically it's making it suffer for few seconds of fun. I eat meat and drink milk...

    If you're concerned about the fish, a caught and released fish will avoid similar lined-bait behavior for a day or two, thus avoiding someone who might catch and waste, albeit briefly. Forgetting all that, fish do not have a cortex in their brain. That is what forms concious pain and self-awareness. No cortex, no suffering. I do however believe if you are keeping a fish to eat, it is ethical to either stab it through the brain or skillfully bludgeon it.
