    Wow that school grew. However nice of you to visit a more traditional Shaolin Kung Fu school instead of the big ones like tagou or epo. I don't know for how long you went, but try staying there for 3 years. I stayed at Epo Wushu college for 3 years a while back. Aching muscles are your friend in Shaolin Wushu lol

    Daniel Mah I practice Hung Ga, Choy Lay Fut, Wing Chun, Tai Chi Quan and Drunken Fist. You see that is alot of styles, and people tend to not believe. But let people believe what they want to believe.

    Just start :) if you're old, you will probably not become as good as if you start when you're young. But it will still benefit your health a lot, so no negatives either way.

    AFR more stretching and diligence! You can search up many videos on how to get splits. I recommend you to put your leg up on a wall and stretch like that. It can help. Or if you have a cushioned block, you can put that on the floor and prop your leg on it and press down into a full split. And then there are other exercises for middle splits. Just don’t give up and push yourself some more each time while relaxing your legs. It can take a long time to achieve full splits and even over splits to get full splits in midair

    One thing I totally respect about Chinese warrior monks is that they're not expected to have a girlfriend or a wife but if you're a black martial artist in America you're still expected to have a girlfriend or a wife.
