@@railfanlandon8271 Great Britain is smaller than Kansas, so a 4-8-8-4 is pointless. Locomotives in Britain don't need to haul loads as large as our engines, so something like a 2-10-4 with 80k pounds of tractive effort would be a waste of money over there.. You'd also be quite surprised- an LNER P2 produces more starting tractive effort than an NYC Hudson.

Can you do 2021 Big Boy vs 2020 Big Boy vs Old Big Boy? 🙂 Edit: Also, please do it. I would love to see it.

Well have ever heard of the PRR S1 (American steam)cause the S1 is a very large locomotive but had gone a higher speed than Mallard which was 156mph
