You mean the Milwaukee district north and I think Metra only owns from Rondout to Fox Lake I believe

Yes Metra only owns Rondout to Fox Lake and the CP owns the rest of the track

They will. They have quite a few in Chicago already. They just have to test them and add PTC stuff and they should be good. You'll probably see them in service end of this year early next year.

It's a glitch, don't think there's really a way to fix it. Mines the same way. I would use Searchlight Simulations, AB Studios and JointedRail freightcars instead of the default junk.

You just take the textures folder and place it into the Barenz folder where the ap. File is located
