how did you get that driver clutch lined up..the shaft is shorter then the 200cc that comes with the bike..my driver clutch flew off of my tilly..please let me know

There is a collar spacer that goes behind the primary cvt driver, you need to grind that down some that way it will give you more thread depth on the bolt holding in the driver clutch. Also put a small amount of blue loctite on the threads.
