Tilly rated 10HP 11.5HP with header & intake/cone filter. With 265 cam springs flywheel & jetting 16HP. That’s what I have plus CVT with juggernaut. But you need to gov delete for the cam. After which my stock 10/45 sprockets were too low. She would accelerate to 55 quick then would easy hang there at 6900 rpms. Think I did too much of that before I had a tach on it. Yesterday something let go. 😟 Haven’t pulled it apart yet.

add the billet rod, cam,22 lb springs, yellow secondary driven spring, the jugger naut driver, 60t sprocket and it will be a much different story. I knew he was gonna kill ya off the line but he didn't gain much more then that overall. You have him by a few lbs of biscuits and gravy too lol That juggernaut is only a benefit if you spin over 5500 rpms or so, not needed. You switch to the yellow driven spring and that alone would help you a bit on the mid and top s it will hold that shift from low to high a bit longer to let the engine spin higher, won't bog as it makes the switch to high so much. Thiose monkeys are some cool bikes too, time to do a 190 cc swap on that bad boy.

After we finish the Diesel swap in the barstool speedster we will have to definitely look in to building the 212

Best bike for thrashing around man. 800 miles now, all off-road. Nothing but clutch dumps and laughs with friends. Great reliable toy

@@martyn_g Martyn:build quality of these new Monkeys reminds me of classic Triumphs . The fit and finish is simply shocking IMO. Then there’s the bullet proof 125cc engine to match . Bla bla bla right? Last but not least is the fact the seat is the most comfy seat I’ve ever tried. No I don’t work for Honda .

The TrailMaster definitely has its place in our bike lineup. We can go ride our street legal bikes shifting gears for an hour. Then come home, hop on the MB200 and have a great time mobbin threw the neighborhood streets
