One of several shows I saw live .... miss these guys so very much. I remember they played Media Play at McKinley Mall just outside of Buffalo one afternoon, played 5 songs to a crowd of about 200. I stood stage left, foot on the stage, Gord standing right there next to me, video recording all of it ... had a unique copy of New Orleans Sinking until the computer I downloaded it on crashed .... chased these guys for years and saw them as often as I could

And then he got in his car across the bridge drove down the 190 got off at the Pembroke exit 48a arrived at Darien Lake got back in his car wrote a letter to the corporate office and ask for his money back. What a horrible, amusement park this place turned into dirty crowded not enough staff to run the operations no new rides rides out of order with no explanation. Concert area the sound sucks unless you're under the tent if you're on the lawn you're not going to hear a fucking thing you're not going to get out of the parking lot for at least 2 or 3 hours the band has to be off stage no later than 11 p.m. even if they're in mid song The Acoustics the sound the sound system the PA system the prices for food and beverages does everything fucking sucks. When Darien Lake used to have the old concert venue the Lakeside Amphitheater that was such a nice little cool intimate venue built actually right on one of the man-made Lakes all general admission only as well first come first serve for standing viewing purposes. Now we use it for that stupid fucking laser light show every night that has been the same since its Inception underneath the Silver Bullet Ride that was shut down for the whole season to accommodate the laser light fantasy that is still the same fucking show every night since 1992. Still the same fucking show Darien Lake I bet you would ends with and I'm proud to be an American? Thank you for coming out Pepsi is our sponsor? Fuck you Darien Lake fuck you so much fuck you right in your fucking overpriced bulshit ass. I'm sad to see Fantasy Island closing down memories on top of memories there I know that was a shit Park but it's all I knew when I was a kid. And you know what it wasn't that bad?
