I have learnt one thing, that if you drive according to rules in subcontinent, you will be the ones who block traffic. If you follow rules, people just dont let you move. you don't need to go abroad, you can get free exit towards left or right at signals in Lhr as well. Roads infrastructure at Lhr is much better than any other city of Pakistan (excluding isb).

Recently I got a chance to drive in Karachi while I travelled back to Pakistan and I was stopped by traffic constable..As usual he asked me for vehicle documents which were almost fine.. I was expecting he would ask me license but imagine what he asked from me, sir mithai kiyun k gari ki number plate new hai.... Our system is corrupt, then what could you expect from public...

India Pakistan, dono mein same driving manners hain. Didn't expect a tour of Karachi, it looks better than I pictured in my mind.

Despite of footpath people still walk on roads and never use zebra crossing to cross road and here in India footpaths are occupied by halkers and food stalls 😣😣😣 seriously 🤦🤦

4:19. The road is jammed coz there are no viable alternatives to driving. And having those alternatives is the only way you can really get rid of traffic. Also, People dont use pedestrian bridges coz lets be honest, no one loves using those bridges. No one wants to climb and get down two storeys just to cross a street. Such car centric infra like pedestrian bridges are a thing of the past.

Second, if ambulance horns for an emergency, people commence intruding instead of giving a space for going. Another fact is, backward cars and bikes can never estimate what ahead cars and bikes are to be.
