    Don't try musta leaves, it becomes bitter. Good enough, it didnt affect the overall taste of the chicken. We didn't have the same oregano in the garden, instead I used Italian Oregano. Thanks again for the recipe!

    Muchas gracias por la receta Omar! Vivo en Francia y suelo hacer este plato con bastante más mostaza y sobre todo crema como bien dices. Una pregunta, el tipo de cazuela de barro que usas se puede usar tambien en vitroceramica o placa electrica ? o solo con gas ? Un saludo!

    Hi! can anyone tell me what kind of clay pot is in the video? Is this a typical Roman clay pot or something else? I am curious because I have read that clay pots should not be put on a gas stove. If anyone knows I would be glad for help.

    Terracotta pots. I have them. Soak them in cold water for about 4 hours when you get one new. It can go on hob or in oven just start to heat gently when on hob

    Agree with above - to be w are sure always heat slowly at the start and use a diffuser. These pots can be found at your Spanish/Sth American deli.
