Don't try musta leaves, it becomes bitter. Good enough, it didnt affect the overall taste of the chicken. We didn't have the same oregano in the garden, instead I used Italian Oregano. Thanks again for the recipe!

Made this last night for friends, delicious 😋 but my sauce was more liquid than the one at the end of the video. What is the quantity of stock to add? Anyways, dead easy recipe and very tasty!

Hi! can anyone tell me what kind of clay pot is in the video? Is this a typical Roman clay pot or something else? I am curious because I have read that clay pots should not be put on a gas stove. If anyone knows I would be glad for help.

Terracotta pots. I have them. Soak them in cold water for about 4 hours when you get one new. It can go on hob or in oven just start to heat gently when on hob

Agree with above - to be w are sure always heat slowly at the start and use a diffuser. These pots can be found at your Spanish/Sth American deli.
