All we need:
3 room temperature eggs ,
170gr brown sugar,
1 TS cardamom powder,
50gr yogurt,
30gr rose water,
1 TS soaked saffron,
300gr flour,
7gr baking powder,
150gr olive oil,
Some pistachio powder and sesame seeds for decorating .
موادلازم:
3 عدد تخم مرغ به دمای محیط رسیده،
شکر قهوه ای 170 گرم
یک قاشق غذاخوری سرخالی پودر هل،
50 گرم ماست،
30 گرم گلاب،
زعفران دم داده ۱ قاشق غذاخوری،
300 گرم آرد،
7 گرم بکینگ پودر،
روغن زیتون 150 گرم،
مقداری پودر پسته و دانه کنجد برای تزیین.
۲۰ دقیقه در فر از قبل گرم شده با دمای ۲۰۰ درجه.
Recipe:
00:34 mix the eggs & brown sugar
01:41 add cardamom powder, yogurt, rose water and soaked saffron,
02:07 sift and add flour and baking powder
03:37 add olive oil and mix until smooth
04:13 fill half of the capsules with the mixture,
05:15 topping with pistachio powder and sesame seeds,
05:30 put in a preheated oven for 20 minutes and 200 ْ c,
Let them completely cooland then serve with cup of tea to make your afternoon
