We met with Kyoko Goto, in the Agata-jinja shrine of Uji, Kyoto prefecture. Kyoko told us about her unique skill, crafting matcha tea incense. We went on shooting this video in an exclusive setting, where she explained her activity with great passion.

C'est la première fois que je vois de l'encens avec du vrai thé matcha. En général, ce ne sont que des parfums chimiques. Je ne savais pas pourquoi cela n'existait pas, mais j'ai compris grâce à cette magnifique vidéo que le matcha ne pouvait pas être brûlé, mais qu'il devait être chauffé. Merci Unjapan pour cette explication !
