Here's what you'll need to make this recipe!
About 2 cups of harina de yuca
20 oz of queso fresco
2 eggs
A couple of tbsp of milk
2 tbsp melted butter
Pinch of salt
A few dashes of cinnamon
Bake at 375° for 20-22 minutes or until golden

I made these with my girls and they were ridiculously yummy! I couldn’t stop eating! One thing, they came out flat and not puffy, could you help me to figure out why? Other than that, omg they were so good!
