Yeah that florist mechanic existing is just weird. After all you need to break into that room anyways, so why not use that silenced lugar and the garrot wire. But yeah Hitman games love to give you pointless stuff

It wasn't pointless per say , the shotgun inside the flower box is reference to Terminator 2
