This is my FAVORITE series EVER on KZread. Ryan went from just telling people on the street about his penny to house, to now being talked about on the RADIO! To those who did not believe in him, like that guy in the BBQ who told Ryan that he would fail. That tells us that you can do anything that you believe you can. So, let's not be ignorant- Ryan isn't an ordinary person; he's a celebrity (albeit, not an A-lister, & may not a B-lister). Having fame makes him above average - he has fame, popularity, & sponsors, so it can be inferred that he's well-known in bis hometown, especially at public places he frequents like the bbq place. Hence, it's not surprising that word traveled so quickly & reached his local radio station, especially if you live in a small to medium size city. & the local news & radio stations are often keenly aware & interested in what's going on within their communities, who's doing what, etc, especially if it's any local celebs, organization, or some kind of event.

This is amazing man, great idea. Also gotta give credit to Rex, he was really nice.
