When a country is ruined and destroyed on purpose, it is no longer prudent to rate the performance of such a leader. You guys always choose pettiness over pertinent issues and I think its largely because of self esteem issues as a people coz trading challenges don't have a language in Uganda but challenges and impediments in trade cut across regions and are the same whether in your backyard or Kampala,language of choice is only to enable a trader to articulate his or her challenges with ease and utmost eloquence,if u feel left out and your concerns weren't raised in Luganda,your free to express yourself in a language u think will make the challenges faced by traders national
