    Ah yes, following a blood trail and running after someone limping from a literal flying city, rather than just using the scope on your gun and flying after him... and then ripping the optic off to shoot the guy you can't even see with your naked eyes with the gun that now has no sights whatsoever. Makes perfect sense.

  • @cantplanet

    @cantplanet

    2 жыл бұрын

    Perhaps they didn't want to expend resources until they had confirmation of where the target went. Clearly the Tracer had frustration with the scope. He had a general idea of where the target was and decided to use his instincts instead of being hindered by an annoying tracking reticle. We made the film with a sense of mystery and vagueness so the viewer can use their imagination and come with up with their own ideas to fill in the who, what, where, when, and why of the story. I'm sorry you didn't get the experience that was intended but I thank you for watching.

    @@cantplanet, 🟦 GOOD 'Science fiction' doesn't require the "Suspension of disbelief" you speak of, we're not talk'n 'Fantasy' here, we're talk'n 'Fiction' & 'SCIENCE'-Fiction at that!... so a level of plausibility is still important to maintain. That's why the first word is 'Science', so I'd think a modicum of Common-Sense would therefore be a minimal requirement as well, and that's just so you don't fall into the "Credibility-gap".
