TPS CMP 2-18-2023 USPSA Carry Optics - Grand Master-Shadow 2-Cajun Gun Works-Trijicon SRO

I have lots of stuff to work on for sure. I had a total of 23 make up shots, 13% of the shots I fired were make up shots. That completely unacceptable.
I'm gonna try to focus on purely accuracy for a little while and see how it helps.
Also, it help if you remember to load your mags in between stages. I forgot and ran dry on stage 5.

I run the Lok Thin Bogies. I personally have not, but I've heard lots of other people use them.

In your first year of training how many matches would you shoot a month and how many times a week would you live fire?

I would shoot one match a month and live fire practice maybe once a month, sometimes once every two months.

Good shooting Brant… hey you don’t miss the speed of the 125 grain? Or are you happy shooting 147 grain ?

Thanks, man. Umm, I can't say the 124's were faster they were just snappier. 147 are the same speed they just feel like the return the gun smoother. With the gun returning smoother, I don't focus on the gun jarring around in my hand.

@@brantleymerriam awesome… I always like hearing shooters perspective on ammo… I shoot a 147 grain now but I may try the 125 grain … just to get a feel for it. Some people complain that 147 grain is too slow and I always notice GMs shooting 124 grain like Nils and Issac Lockwood.

@@alonsoarellanocarryoptics I think it just comes down to personal preference.
