Don't connect left and right input together without resistor and always use shielded wire for connecting input of any class D amp to minimise the noise when using with a power supply

hi, In test run, I wrongly connect power supply to audio input. I do not know what happened to my amp but when I change the connections to proper pattern, There was a dot shaped sound coming from speaker. even if I disconnected Audio in wires, the Amp still produces dot shaped sound. I used Same amp as you. Thank you for your respond in advance.

Noise reduction ke liye input Jack me shield wire use kariye...

Plz go for PAM8403 at pure and filtered 5v. It provides 5watt at each channel at 4ohm 2inch speaker/woofer. And its quite affordable too.

12v par ye 10-12 watt ki output dega same PAM8610 k jaisa, or isme moni (single) output hai jabki pam8610 m stereo(double) output hai to uska total 20 watt ho jayega

It will not generate very good bass in subwoofers, for that you need to add another low pass filter circuit to generate bass

Hi MDR, i found a solution for preventing noise from this amp while using smps.what you have to do is remove the metal cover and solder the negative terminal to ground terminal.try it and tell me.let me know if this solves your problem.

I think you can also try ac cables with earthing(3 core cable), for which there is provision in metal type SMPS..

Yes, you can connect Subwoofer but it will not give high bass. To get high bass you need to connect a LPF to it's input.

Sound quality, technology dono m same hai sirf output power ka difference hai, TPA3118 ki output power jyada hai 3110 ki kam hai lekin 3118 se jyada output lene ke liye 24V 3 Ampere ki dc power supply chahiye

2:11 left & right ek saath join karne se audio loss hota hai..... use a resistor 1-10k ohm in between to avoid such issues.

It's a mono amplifier only one potentiometer is required, but if you have a stereo amplifier then you can use two different potentiometer . You can use 100K pot. Better if you have a 50 or 47 K pot. Thanks for watching
