@@rahulkashyap29 not bought RE200 yet. Thinking to buy RE300. If u want to buy RE200, remember that only versions v4 & v5 are mesh wifi range extender. V2 is not.

Both are excellent range extenders and work well. The RE250 has external antennas that will have a good range.

This can work as as range extender or access point but not as a router. You can connect a lan from from the existing router to this one.

Extender configuration is a one time process only. Once configured, you can connect multiple device with it just like you connect with any other router.

Please check if 5GHz is enable in your main router. you can install wifi analyzer to see available wifi.
