I am using JAF since almost 6 months. One thing I noticed is that there is lots of buffering . while watching TV channels. I have never watched any TV program continuously for more then 10 mts. At times buffering continuous for as long as 5~10 mts. During evening hours only one or two particular ADs appear every 4~5 mts which is not cast if you watch on cable Connection. on complaining, I was given to understand that in the evening hours this problem is common as there are more users. Another problem is that there is no instruction booklet on how to use, which is must as we can't go every time to 'KZread" videos. Local help is not available through Phone. It is available only on helpline which is too clumsy for many persons who are not used to it. For person like me (80+) once they allotted Engr. but he didn't turned up, instead instructed me on phone as to what to do. Probably they doesn't want to face problems. What is the use of USB in behind Modem?

JioFiber is best because of 3.3TB Data and unlimited calling

I have a query regarding the OTT subscriptions included with the annual JioFiber recharge: 1. Hotstar Subscription: If I opt for an annual prepaid recharge for my JioFiber connection, will I receive an annual Hotstar subscription? Or will the Hotstar subscription renew every 30 days for 12 months? 2. SonyLIV and ZEE5: Additionally, does the same apply to SonyLIV and ZEE5? Are these subscriptions also valid for the entire year with an annual recharge? Or will they renew every 30 days till the end of the plan?

@@vivu003 woh toh pata hai. Anyways I confirmed from Jio service rep. OTT sirf 30 days ke liye activate hota hai irrespective of term of the plan. If one has annual plan, OTT automatically renews every 30 days.

Tv channels and netflix dinsy hotstar chalana hai sirf to uske liye konsa connection best hoga takki 4k movies ott par dekh ske

JioAirFiber is the worst 1. Interest disconnect frequently. Network is not stable. Slowness in internet 2. Digital TV setup has multiple issues. It is not fixed after multiple service requests are raised. A. Digital tv for login frequently. B. Automatically switches on by itself during night. C. Setup doesn't connect to router when power goes and comes back. D. Elders who doesn't have knowledge to use digital tv it is impossible for them to use. 3. When service request is raised to fix issue. Ticket is closed without even resolving issue. They are very careless to visit and fix the issue 4. Don't take annual subscription it's not refundable in case there is issue or relocation 5. Not possible to relocate in case you are moving to different city. No refund also incase there is annual subscription It is very frustrating experience. Overall JIO sucks.

Jio Air Fibre has the worst services in the market. I have purchased a Jio Air Fibre on January 24 and now regret my decision to go with Jio Air Fibre. I have purchased a 100 MBPS plan thinking that at least I will get 50 MBPS speed but it's not even touching 10 MBPS. And top of that facing frequent disconnection. Registered complaints more than 4 times but no resolution.

Bhai aapne 100 Mbp/s wala plan liya tu aapko sirf 10 to 12 MBp/s milega. kyun? Kun ke compney Mbps (Megabits) likhti hai aur hum samjh lete hai MBps (megabyte) 8 Mb = 1 MB 100Mb÷8 = 12.5

Bro, companies show there speeds in mega bits, While what we actually see in smartphones and other devices is in mega byte 1 byte is 8 bits, so divide your speed by 8 (of any plan) to see actual speeds ✌️

I don't know why there is not a middle pack available between 30 Mbps or 100 Mbps in jio airfibre or jiofibre....maybe they are pushing us towards the 100mbps plan..but it costs more than other normal broadband plans..there should be 60 Mbps plan
