Another great video Sid. we watch all your videos. our vios GRS Power package is still in perfect condition after a year. Super happy with your work. when we get our new car we will be coming back to you. I was just wondering why our car did 92 hp on the baseline and then 114.9 after the tune. Was it because we had a different transmission?

What was the point of you putting that k&N intake on there I'm assuming it's just because the customer wanted it and paid for it because it's definitely not going to add any more power. Best case scenario it makes the same amount of power and that's best case scenario. Also very likely to make slightly less power not a lot but a little. After all it's not like we're talking about a forced induction engine. CFM matters in that scenario. Oh and by the way for those of you who don't know you can look up the science behind it because I'm not going to write a lecture in the comments but physically colder air coming in from where the air filter is in front of the throttle body on a car that is NA which is an engine that does not have forced induction like a turbo or supercharger actually does make more power not a lot but it does matter so you do want colder air like the original air box allowed for because it was ducted to the front of the grill where cold air can be directly supplied to the air filter and therefore to the intake manifold. Now if this was a turbo car cold air coming in in front of the turbo actually doesn't matter and even in some cases can cause less power you want the air to be colder after it's been compressed so behind the turbo that's why we have things called intercoolers.
