Not to mention the 24 is made with poor quality materials. Trans is weak and axles snapping. Hell, no I'm not interested in the 4th gen at all.

Just got Kings for my 3rd gen. Keeping it for a looong time

Same will happen with the 2024 4Runners. The price and value will go up as the people find out the 2025 4Runners are lemons.

I had my 3rd generation tacoma for about 7 years I would never want to go back to the 3rd generation tacoma that underpowered V-6 and the transmission they gear shifting all the time up and down and know torque

I have to agree. Very happy with my 4th gen.

I just paid $34k for a 2021 ext cab SR w/SX package, V6 4x4, tow package with only 13k miles.

You the man. Hate this heat. 98 degrees. Can’t wait for winter. I’d take 36” inches of snow over this shit

Hey, gotta love Toyota, their transmission warranty is for 60k miles, and they claim you never have to do a transmission fluid change, lol. so why not a 20-year transmission warranty? Every single Toyota mechanic advises you to do a transmission change at 60k miles, (Off the record).

I also have a 3rd gen and now loving the 4th. But both are truly amazing for what they are made for.. 4th gen is just more refined and smooth and yeah that power is now present instantly.. I use to go holy shit didn’t mean to do that on my 3rd gen when I wanted power. It kicks in and your just like all right did I just break the engine ? Lol. idk if it’s just me but I want those off road 3rd gen wheels on my 4th gen sport 👍🏼..

I could see your new truck being more refined, I remember in 2022 I purchased my TRD off-road 6-speed manual 4X4 & drove it from the Toyota dealership to dealers over to the Honda dealership my good buddies been a mechanic there for over a decade I was showing him the new truck & I let him drive it first thing he says, this truck is new??🤔 I said yeah it's brand 🆕!! I just bought it obviously still had the plastic on the hood/roof (i wanted to clean it up) he proceeds to tell me "it feels like it's from 1998" 😂😂 the 3rd gen is NOT a refined truck it feels old skool, but that's what I enjoy about it just a good old school truck in the new age where they don't build anything like that anymore. (Maybe frontier) As time passes I think people will start to appreciate the 3rd gen Tacoma 🤷 time will tell. & Congrats to u & your sport 🛻💨👌 badass

@@honda116969 thanks man. I couldn’t swing the 3rd gen off road at that time and ended up with a sr54x4.. which was good enough for me. I love the body style of the 3rd gen. You can spot it from a mile away. Iconic. But yes it’s an old School feel and believe it or not I’ve taken it long drive a stretch of 8 hours multiple times. It’s a task to keep it on the road and speed you want. I ones use the cruise control and the damn thing kept hunting gears to catch up or minor incline on the highways. but I’m not complaining I’m not 90 years old. The 4th gen to me is very smooth and easy to drive everything you hate about the 3rd gen is wipe off and improved so much.. I still have my 3rd gen for which I will keep forever..as far as frontier people saying to go for that if you want the v6? F that , find a pre owned Tacoma with a v6 is the way to go. lol frontier to me looks like a copy cat Tacoma.

Trade in your solar octane so I can buy it and keep it for ever and ever pass down to generation

I have a question for you. I have the same 23 TRD Pro Tacoma as you….. is your center console leather a slip on cover with an elastic band? The one that is on the lid between the front seats? Can you open it and look underneath it and see if y0u have an elastic band holding the cover on? I found it really hard to believe that they just put a leather slip on cover instead of actual stitching leather onto like it should be for the price we paid for these. I don’t know anyone else with one so I thought I would ask you.

Bruh… I bought a TRD ORP 2024 4Runner. I was afraid prices are going to continue to go up. It’s a dinosaur but I’m hoping the value holds as best as possible.🙏 I’m babying this thing.

I just bought a 2023 off road with premium package and 16k miles for 40k

50k for a new SR5 or 50k for a low mile 3rd gen Pro...I'll take a Pro all day everyday

If you want to get the 10K subscribers try hitting up those other dealerships maybe people might want to see that & then they will share it with their friends because it would be 🆕 content & I think you would get the subs your looking for 🤷 only so many ppl like the Tacoma. If they turn you down at them dealerships or if something happened before, it's all about persistence you're a nice guy dude. Try try try & try AGAIN keeping it 💯👌🛻💨

Naw, it's pathetic in many ways. I just don't like the way they don't give you a standard rear sliding 🪟, power seats, & a power outlet in the 🛏️ + they raised the price A LOT! Frame I guess is pretty solid, nice Bilstein suspension with bigger shock tubes with reservoirs so they did do some nice things but I think they cut a lot of corners 😕 for the 💰 WE THE PEOPLE are paying they should of overbuilt this vehicle. It's a fact turbocharged engine will NOT last as long as a naturally aspirated, more complicated, more things to go wrong & higher pressures inside of the motor itself 🤷 they should have lowered the 🛢️ change intervals down to 5K with a turbocharged engine that would have definitely helped with reliability

I may sell my 2023 TRD with the trd pro grill with 4k on the OD. I was offered $42k........ trying to see if i can make more.....I don't have the use for the truck ....just been sitting in my garage...............love it though....perhaps just keep if as a collectors ??

I just like the looks of the new 2024 better than the 3rd Gen and I even own a 3rd Gen
