Tacoma blind spot monitor system failure. Unknown reasons for this issue. It happened when i backed up from my driveway, to go to work. As soon I put the vehicle in Drive, the warning appeared. Nothing serious, it seems. It was a matter waiting a little bit..... went out to turn the engine on at 9:00 am. Warning gone and it finally despaired from my phone sometime before noon.
