Bugatti is a company that works to be the best in terms of comfort and power. Just buy billet block 100+mm turbo stroker and a lot of other parts and go to Titan Motorsport and yes they build this particular Supra so... you know what to do xd

Aerodynamics/chassis dynamics is a thing. So, no, they couldn't have just slapped on a yugo fibreglass body. It would be nowhere near as fast or controllable.
