Toyota Fortuner 2021 Genting Test Drive / YS Khong Driving

The Toyota Fortuner is a SUV, built on the same ladder-frame chassis as the Hilux, and the 2.8 liter Diesel variant shares the same mechanicals as the Hilux. Thus the Fortuner is a true off-road vehicle, and can seat seven occupants.
We check it out on our favorite hill climb route, to check out how it handles.

    See this car is very popular in India, I took a test drive of this car. Yes they have worked on the NVH, yes the idling RPM is down to 1000 rpm. But rest assured if you are looking for a car that will give you a luxury vibe look elsewhere, that 2.8 litr engine is heavy duty engine so when you accelerate it harder it will have a gravely note, overall this car is focused on dependebility and ruggedness. Plastics inside the cabin leave a lot more room for improvement.

  • @YSKhongDriving

    @YSKhongDriving

    2 жыл бұрын

    In 4H, it will go as high as the top speed. Only thing is switching from 2H to 4H should be done below 100 kmh. So maybe you misunderstood. The coil springs on the Fortuner give a comfortable ride, harder than a car, but softer than a pick up truck.
