I don't mind paying someone to do quality work on my cars. That is why I do most of the work myself.... I appreciate your videos. If there were more shops like yours If be happy to let others do more work. KZread in general really helps with those one of repairs that even with the full shop manuals available.

Bro, I like the fact that you state what most people think expecially when you are showing them the correct way and they know squat. Keep it up. I actually like watching to possibly learn a different way once in a while. (oh by the way, if you ever get a fag bearing. Show the box think how many people will get upset due to the fact it's a company)

I used to say the same and THAT was the exact reason I originally bought and still usually use the grappler (I have the matco version) BUT I was trying with the more common 5lb slide that comes in the 9-way or 10-way kits by various brands (mine's OTC). I finally bought OTC's 10lb slide like Eric O is using and it makes the job MUCH easier. I can't slam'em out in three hits like 'flat-rate-master' does, but the 5-6 hit range like Eric routinely does isn't out of the ordinary. Honestly I just do prefer using the Grappler BUT not every knuckle has spots on it where I feel comfortable using it. I'll grab the slide any time I think I might wind up mangling the backing plate with the Grappler.

I appreciate the video and removal but I personally found it easy to purchase the bearing, hub and spindle with new brake shield for $100. Solves all the headache and rust issues. Looks like a pita doing it like this. Love your content. Thank you. Dont know how i missed this video. Followed you for 6 yrs or so and own same vehicle.
