The fact that they made an entire room to look like Andy’s, get all the toys, have the patience to film and edit all of this, get an actual daycare to let them use it and to match up the audio from the movie perfectly is honestly just awesome. Watching this made me speechless, this honestly just a masterpiece. Well done.

I love how they managed to get a HUGE amount of the toys from the original movie! The Totoro plushie, the face switching robot thing, (Is that the ACTUAL Lots-O-Hugs / Lotso Bear?), the Fisher Price toys, and just SOOO many more! Nice attention to detail! Such a great recreation! The Wizward They probably won’t. Toy Story at its core is a staple of completely CGI films with the intended audience for children. Making a live action version of this is basically says “hey, we know how this movie was basically a giant game changer for the industry.....but we like money”. Even if Disney really does like money and does the idea, it would wreck their reputation.

I’m 17, going to college next year. I’ve never cried during a movie. But when Andy gave his toys away, even Woody, signifying the end of his childhood… I cried. I want to thank you for making this. I don’t think I would have cried if it weren’t for the real actors as opposed to animation, as a reminder that this does not only happen in movies, but to real people. As a stop-motion animator myself, then I can tell the animators are very talented and they are worked extremely hard and long (8 years) on this project. A lot of people talk about how much time and commitment it took, which does need to be mentioned, but remember, not only did this take commitment, but it also took a lot of talent which most people don't have

Losto andy didn’t donate them he loves his toys he was putting them in the attic but his sister needed help to carry a heavy box of toys being donated to sunnyside not us but other toys and then Andy’s mum mistakenly thought we were trash

This brought a tear to my eye...

When I watched this two years ago, I was just blown away by all the stop animation and how well it was synced up. Now that I'm older, and in college, I realize how much effort behind the scenes went into this. The casting for irl characters, the settings(schools, garbage dumps, other houses), the editing to make each frame shot for shot, even the background details like drawings and utensils to get it right! Oh my lord, and I mean it like that because this re-creation was a blessing. From me and my stuff Legoland panda Techno, thank you. To infinity and beyond.

Bro, there is a lot to say of this... saying is awesome is stupid,... there is no word that can compare this INCREDIBLE PIECE OF ART, they did it SOOOOOOO GOOD, bro had all those ken clothes, made the credits, all the real rooms were IDENTICAL to the movie, the expressions, are so incredible, the actors were incredible too, this must had took a lot of sacrifice and effort... the least all we can do is subscribe, give like and share this HUMAN MONUMENT

Three Years! That's how long this has been up! Three Frickin' Years! Pixar ain't takin this preserved thang down yet! Edit: Just watched the entire thing. That was surely some impressive work! Took a few years, but man did that One and a Half Hour of video give me some VIBES!

I watched this in one sitting and made me cry just like the last time I saw the movie years ago. Thank you so much and outstanding job! Massive respect for Pixal and Disney(ugh) for not taking this down.

HOW HAVE I NOT SEEN THIS BEFORE!!! If TS3 was already art filled to the brim with dedication and expertise, then this is next level! Every single detail is almost identical from the original film, the scenery, the characters, gosh, even the feels, no wonder this took 8 years to make. This is one of the reasons I still love, and forever will love KZread. Even though it has many, many flaws, its creators and their dedication is what keeps me engaged with the platform and its community. People have said the You in KZread isn't there anymore, but if art like this persists, I believe You will as well.

The ending always hit me 😢

For some reason this version made me cry so much more, I think it’s the beauty in the story and remembering that feeling the first time I watched it, but it’s also the beauty in knowing the 8 years you dedicated to retell an amazing story from a different perspective. These are the things that make me love humanity 💚

Hard to believe that Toy Story 3 is closer to when Toy Story 2 was released than to today! When TS3 was released, I remember thinking that TS2 came out forever ago. I was only a year old in November 1999, couldn't remember anything from that year (earliest memory is from I think late 2000) and almost 5 years away from starting kindergarten. Today, It feels like TS3 came out only a year ago, damn!

My son is 17 months old and he LOVES all the toy story movies. I just watched this (alone mind you lol) and the end made me tear up lmao. It felt different being live action 😭❤️ amazing work!!!!
