Corey is the man I was lucky enough to do a vip experience with Slipknot once and you could just tell he has an infectious personality he wants to talk to anyone and everyone about anything. That’s seems like a rare thing especially for the lead singer of a massive band.

I met him in 2001 and he talked with everyone that stayed backstage for around 15 minutes. He was very down to earth and funny. Joey was in a bad mood for some reason though?

Imagine the intense anxiety of the people in the background watching Corey walk around.

I was at a ComicCon in Pittsburgh last year where he doing a meet and greet. Later in the day I saw him just sort of browsing the isles and looking at different booths. People were so surprised he was just walking around like everyone else that they didn't even really bother him. They kinda just casually nodded at him with huge grins and he'd nod back with a smile. Super fucking cool dude to do that. I'm not really a fan of Slipknot but I'll always rep this dude because of that.

I met Corey and several members of slipknot in 2000 like right before they blew up. They were hanging out in front of the boathouse a small night club type venue, while headlining with kittie.. He was the exact same then as he is here

My dad used to give me so much crap for liking action figures when I was 13. He thought that the only thing I should care about was girls and sports. Well here I am at 35 happily married, still collecting while he’s in his 5th marriage. It’s great to see collecting alive and well in the world. Like what you like.

Adderall was one of my favorites. I related personally to it bc i struggled so bad as a kid with it. It sounds beautiful.

Been a fan since 02 and I dig the new record. It’s different and branched out and some cool influences coming through. Adderall is my favourite, so unexpected, kinda like how vermillion pt2 was my fave on vol3

I used to feel so insecure about my collecting hobby, I wouldn't even tell people I liked star wars. Seeing corey being so lud and proud about it makes me wonder why I ever cared

Corey needs to go to Kokomo Toys in Indiana. They got tons of 70s 80s toys in ziploc bags. Cases of pure goodness. It looks like the place in this video. I was going nuts in there.

it's nice seeing a MEGA star being a normal down to earth person. Yes I realize they probably announced in the store not to be going crazy when he came in. But he is just another nerdy collector like the rest of us nerdy collectors. He just happens to be THE rock star of the millennium lol.

Im a toy collector myself,It's not huge but I finally now can buy stuff I really couldn't get as a kid and my wife that I've been married to for 16 years now,She doesn't mind what I buy that catches my eye and plus I got her collecting Funko pops and she has at least between 50 and 60 I believe,So yeah I'm glad she's into that.

It's crazy to think Slipknot has been around for 23 years!!!!!

Holmberg is sick, I held a door open for him at one of his own restaurants in az. Been to multiple of his festivals, seen him multiple times. He loves taking photos with peeps and having a great time with everyone. Corey gives off the same vibe. Both awesome dudes, glad to see them together

I remember stone sour and papa roach coming to town and my dad knew the local rock station host personally. I was grateful enough to be given access to the meet and greet ( couldn’t attend the show i was too young ) and at the time i was a huge slipknot fan i was dying to meet Corey Taylor lmao. Long story short i met papa roach but never got to meet stone sour because they were running a bit late and my dad didn’t wanna wait anymore. Sucks to say i never got to meet him or get a picture but i did see the radio host post a picture with him and boy was i upset.

It was the same day, I saw Linkin' Park, Metallica and Limp Bizkit! 4 of the best bands I could think of in about 8 hours... I was nearly dead afterwards, but happy as i could be!!!
