this event looks like so much fun! i really regularly go to anime conventions, but never any other type and i might have to delve into toy and art conventions. looks so cool! the cyclops girl really caught my eye

Ive been going to anime conventions for years but this con is one of my favorite, its less packed and the community there is really welcoming and willing to chat and make connections, at least in my experience because its more niche the experience can be a lot more calmer that anime cons haha

The Lupin and Dorohedoro figures were speaking to me...so gorgeous!! Now that I live in CA I'll have to check this convention out next year

the booth with the giant charlie brown head and the edward scissorhands doll was serifs & whiskey! i went back to that booth like three times during the show to browse those toys. they also had a gorgeous billboard size poster for the 50s film ransom on their back wall, spent a little while looking at that

literally I also could not believe it, d0llytr0n was so sweet, she had her own booth set up just to chat, she wasn't selling anything there but on the very corner of her table on the floor was a box that said "yard sale" and she was selling her collection, i would have missed it if i didn't see abby peaking out a bit, probably my best find to date! it was also nice because i could pass them to my little sisters who have always wanted thoes dolls but could not get them before

you pull off that 2007 aesthetic so well - as a person who has been around this stuff since before 2007. i'm obsessed with your vibe. so glad yt put you on my explore page, illustration? toys? alt style? wow all my favorite things.

4:26 I really appreciate the multitude of shots on the Lupin III car chase figurine. I’m a huge fan of the show but damn is that thing expensive!! It’s nice to get a really good close look at it, so thank you! :)

After watching this video I bought one of Ahnitol's crab figures. I just got it and it looks great. I have it holding a 1/18 scale scythe.

I actually have the elephant and rabbit from kodama toy, and I had no idea they were designer toys. They were bought for me and were not in any packaging so I assumed they were not really branded, so it's nice to know where they come from
