That’s a bad ass trailer.
A tip for your viewers is to never buy a trailer like this with the insulation package. The best way to approach this is to have the electrical both 120 and 12 DC installed first, than spray foam the unit walls, ceiling and underneath. This fixes your flimsy outside walls problem, makes the unit super rigid and it can be heated & cooled using a split heat pump system which is super quite on the inside and doesn’t use anywhere near the power. Plus the inside doesn’t have conduits exposed. Spray foam also makes the trailer 4 season as the tanks if installed are on the warm side. I have done multiple conversions so I am speaking from experience. :)
add a fantastic fan over or near your sleeping area , this is the next best thing to a/c . trailer looks great .

Thank you!
That trailer is going to be awesome when it's all finished. And you save alot of money instead of buying a toy hauler like you mentioned. And I know you were saying you wanted to put the batteries inside. But I'd get a dedicated battery box and keep the batteries out on the v-nose if you have the space for it of course. And I'm sure people have told you but run a couple of 6V batteries that way you have ample power for when the gen isnt running or your not hooked up to constant 120v.

You've got the right idea that's what we are planning. Itll have to wait for out west though I figure.

What’s your tow vehicle
Love the trailer! Had the same plans but went a different direction. Found a cabin in our riding area with a garage in northern Michigan. Now i can ride right from my driveway!

That sounds like it worked out for you!
I just bought a trailer similar to yours. And it’s finished out inside same as yours. I’ve wondered how difficult it would be to run the additional electrical behind the panels instead of on the exterior the way you did. Did you give any thought to trying to hide the conduit and all that behind the paneling?
In the same process to convert a cargo to a toy hauler with a 24 footer. The cookie cutter toy haulers dont fit our life style so we have to customize also. One thing you may want to consider is to put 2 roof vents and put a lift on that trailer. I'm putting a 6 inch lift on my trailer due to the areas we go to unload at. It wouldn't hurt to put some trailer Jack's in all four corners. Nice trailer looking good excited to see you putting it together.
Nice set up, I like how the trailer color matches the rebel
nice set up. the e-track and all the things that hook in, cheapest place i've found them is princess auto. they carry both horizontal and vertical track..
bought my trailer from them too, best prices in ontario, ended up just getting a flat deck for my X3 this year, and sold my enclosed, their prices are so good i didn't loose any money selling in used, keep in mind it was mint, used it 5 times.
Can't wait to see the final product..great lookin trailer!!

Liking the idea of 12vDC lights, but you might want to add several more down the side and a smaller less powerful one by the door handle and 2 at the back to see for loading and unloading at night. And ventilation I’d have at least two pop up and one for an air conditioning. 👍🏻👍🏻
Do you use a weight distributor?
I decked out my Triton PR 14 trailer. Rubber flooring, solar panel mounted to the roof, port a potty, similar hooks and lots of fun setting it up. Can’t wait to see the finished product.

Mainville ATV and Outdoors I bought one from Canadian tire. Works great . My wife uses the same one in her horse trailer
That will be a awesome trailer for you guys
Awesome, love this. Never fails when filming to have someone cutting trees, blowing or cutting grass, lol. Very cool trailer! Thanks for sharing.
nice set up on the trailer. will be a huge plus when traveling
Love the look of that thing
Love your channel from Queensland Australia.. I would recommend you to put some of the LED's inside and out on a dimmer or some sort of red light our something so you don't need to use the bright lights at night all of the time.. If you need any advise on LED's let me know..

@@MainvilleATV My life is all about atv’s and utv’s and there is not any channels as good as yours here in Australia.. We barely have any trails here that you can take a ATV to.. We cant register ATV's to go on the road here it is so annoying.. One day you guys should come to Queensland Australia and experience what it is like here ✈️.. 😎

Properly labeling your stuff is key :)
Hopefully you paid attention to weight. For the size of that trailer and when you pack it you’ll be close to maximum weight befor you have to get your CVOR.

Oh we have. Well within limits
Nice trailer look good
For a bed, you may want to think about having it lower from the ceiling of the trailer. Its up out of the way, and doesn't take up valuable wall space.
I like it
Nice trailer for sure
U guys are killing it
Good job on the trailer video. The music is awesome. And Cass looks amazing.
Can’t wait to see the solar setup. Get a high quality roof vent, I’ve had too much leakage on my first covered trailer.
Maybe we will see you on the trails in northern sask. Some time. When are you guys moving?

@@MainvilleATV hahaha, so much fun in that cold. At least there's lots of sledding in the north. But you will be rolling with the ATVs until January at the very least.lol
Another reminder of how I should have waited to go with the 24ft trailer over the 14ft. SPACE! I do love that trailer....so I might have to do some upgrading here! How does the RAM do with towing it? I had to put the air bags in mine just for the 14ft trailer! I know you have the built in air ride with the Rebel but as far as weight and towing how is it?

Kyle already bought the rubber floor protectors for that, but only half the shipment came in so we have to wait to install them. Thanks for the heads up though! :) - Cass
Excellent choice of trailers. The "Toy Haulers" that are based on travel trailers are just sticks and staples. I see lots of people going to your idea because the actual structural strength is so much higher. I love your ideas so far. Just a tiny suggestion. Check out wireless mics. Sometimes its hard to hear Cass or you depending on who is filming. Thumbs up #59. (PS: This is an interesting resource for solar and other conversion info) www.skoolie.net/forums/
