I agree. I watch the homes for sale videos on my TV and this format allows me to see a lot more of EVERYTHING!

This town is absolutely lovely. The property is very charming from the moment you enter the door. The open staircase adds light and makes the entry level not seem so small. I would love to see the stairs in the cellar restored and possibly move the kitchen to the renovated cellar. I'd leave the original kitchen or turn it into a full size bathroom. Of course the roof terrace is the cherry on top with those endless views. I'm definitely placing this town on my list. This would make a fabulous holiday home. All you need to bring is your toothbrush!

This is the best-quality video I have seen of properties in Italy. You make me more excited to learn the language. Gratcia

Your videos have gotten so much better and your English is excellent. That town looks like it is well kept up and the featured property is a very good price. Upgrades would be the top bathroom and possibly the electric. Upper floors actually have character and not those dull white tiles as we often see done on the cheap. Thank you Sara 👍🏻

Hi! I prefer working with sales. I also do some rentals, but not that often! I rented a house to foreigners just three days ago 😊 ..long contract. But honestly it is an exception. I only have one apartment for rent now in Sulmona.
