Towing an R-net bus to a depot with breakdown 🚍 (VDL CITEA)
HEAVY RECOVERY - 08-11-2022 - HILVERSUM - A city bus had broken down at the Schapenkamp in Hilversum on Tuesday afternoon. Bergnet has towed the city bus to the Connexion depot/workshop in Hilversum.

Bij een vrachtwagen lioot er een cardanas van de motor voorin naar de achterwielen die altijd wordt losgekoppeld, hier ligt de motor achterin. Ben ook wle benieuwd of dat toch ontkoppeld kan worden

@@arnieEaglos Ik heb met een vergelijkbare 3-assige bus (Volvo) met pech gestaan. Voor het slepen werden de steekassen via de wielen weggenomen.

According to the RDW (Government institute for road traffic) This bus is from 2011, so not exactly new.

Due to the bus stop's design, they can't just reverse to recover a broken down bus.
