Well appointed and designed. Priced right. $7m gets you an old, dated house in Beverly Hills with ever sky high taxes. It’s no wonder everyone is moving to luxe area Vegas. We definitely get our money’s worth. I am currently in Summerlin and love it. I only like single story builds though. Thank you Alan. Great tour!

Excellent video!! IMO, this home is Extravagently Elegant (or Elegantly Extragagent). I think this is more than a home but an achievement for those who've worked their butts off to have a place like this. I feel compelled to mention two things... First, it seems a huge missed opportunity to not have in-house access to that 2nd 2-bay garage. Second, saying this is a four-bedroom home seems a bit (I don't want to say shady) unfortunate when that fourth bedroom is really the office. I understand it meets all the (legal) requirements for a bedroom but, without a door to separate it from the rest of the house, it's not really a bedroom... another missed opportunity. All in all, this is an incredible home and the person/people who get this are truly fortunate. Thanks for a great video. Your demeanor, attention to detail, dry wit and obvious passion for what your do is commendable. I really enjoy watching your videos. Take care!

The view may become particularly blocked but the direct view should remain where the park/grass area is located.

There will still be lake views even after those homes are constructed. It will be partially blocked in certain areas.
