Gorgeous in every single ultra fine elegant detail! Most often when I view homes on YT, I see a lot I would change especially with respect to the decor color palette; Here, I would only change the color of the furniture in the master suite, it is still all just stunning!! THAT fireplace in the great room! And stair case! WOW! By far and away, my favorite home. Saved to my FAV home collection :). This mansion would cost easily in the neighborhood of 40million here in CA. Amazing home, amazing price, and excellent presentation. Liked, subscribed and belled.

It's beautiful, but it's very hard to keep clean this place.

Thanks for the feedback Nadia. The hot tub will definitely get used less in the summer months but believe it or not it actually drops to sub 40 degrees in the fall, winter, and spring! Thanks for taking the time to watch and we hope you enjoyed the video :-)

Wet bar in the ladies private bath area? That speaks of a pretty serious drinking problem for the owners wife but at least she's giving a private area to deal with her morning heaves. I sure hope they had this place thoroughly scrubbed and disinfected!

My nice but not exceptionable home on a lake in Glendale just appraised at over a million dollars. Who are these appraisers kidding?

With the amount of gentrification happening and planned for the future in Glendale, it's shaping up to be a hot spot for people coming from out of state. Not sure which lake you're located on out there, but assuming you have a solid home if the appraisal is coming in at over $1M.

What a gorgeous home! Videography is done very well. However, The female in this video could use some voice acting lessons. Her voice projection could be a lot better. The monotone sound she speaks with is underwhelming.

I didnI think a monotone, but her voice drops down at the end of sentences, so it's harder to hear the last couple of words.

Premium means tackyyyyyy as hellll and outdated😂😂😂😂

With the proper precautions, you can limit the chances of snake and scorpion encounters. One common method is using snake fencing to detour them away. You can also treat the interior and exterior of the home for scorpions. However, even when taking the maximum precautions you may still encounter them so you just have to be aware and know who to call if you ever come across those critters!

She’s really good at walking backwards in heels AND that house is so outdated! How would you ever live in that decor🤢

I love the house, but....I own harley davidson's and exotic cars, all of which are rather loud. The house is very affordable, but my patience for HOA noise complaints is non-existent
