"Now this way it's room one, standard room, bed, here's bit of a closet (*opens door for 2 seconds and stands in front of the closet, blocking the camera*), yea shelves" then closes doors and repeats Bathroom same thing "Here's powder room" then doesn't let the camera man in and all you see is the sink and a bit of the toilet

But you can have the same house in Montreal, canada. suburbs with a nice view..for like 850 000-950 000 $ and i am not jocking 😂 About 6 millions $ youre paying its just for the pride of being in hollywood hills/los angeles I mean you can always visit the place anytime. No need to live there 24/7

Its definitely worth the price. Is the type of house i would buy if i was a millionaire. Not super big to the point where its just ridiculous, but big enough to bring your whole family one weekend and have a great time

Since this tour came out I've come back several times to re-imagine myself entertaining my friends and family at this awesome backyard. Great location, layout and views!

21:00 legendary night time scenes. I have never seen any real estate youtubers showing night time scenes other than you enes . You killing it . From this moment on you should shoot night time scenes on every houses you will film 🎥. Ps the outdoor areas of this home are even better than 30+mil homes

@@EnesYilmazer You can fly up here to Washington State and take a tour of my place. It's 980 Square feet, two bedrooms 2 baths, WITH a single car garage even! All furnishings and appliances are basic or below. Got standard non waterfall countertops in the kitchen and sheet rock walls and ceilings throughout. You'll be amazed.

I love your attention to detail as a contractor most people don't take the time to really inspect and appreciate a lot of the special details that are incorporated into a custom build, but these details often are very costly due to the fact that you have to hire people who are master craftsmen, great job showcasing all the properties you show ...

I'd love to see Enes do a tour of my apartment. Danby microwave, mismatched whirlpool appliances, melamine fake wood kitchen cabinets, countertopd from 1997, light fixture hanging by a thread. Mikey come here real close, look at the crack on this floor tile, even the outdated pattern couldn't hide it. Now let's move over to the living room..

WOW, that mansion is awesome, the lot is huge, the backyard is lovely, and the guest houe is bigger that most of a normal apartment ( I really liked the floating fireplace), and the views are stunning, and for only 8M, this must be one of the best mansions you have toured.

I had this weird dream yesterday that Enes gave me a lot of money to buy my dream home that still sits for sale in Encino, CA. Because it was a dream I can't remember every detail, but I do remember Enes saying pay cash for it buddy and gave me the money. Then he asked if he could show it on his KZread channel. We drove to the house in his car which was an old minivan from the 90's, and then I woke up. I'm not sure what all of it means except maybe I'm supposed to meet Enes so he can give me cash to buy my dream house in Encino.

Yea it had a really cool vibe!

The backyard of this home is fabulous. I think my favorite was the water feature with the fire pit. Especially at night. I liked the master bedroom at lot too. The gray wood in the walk-in closet was very nice. Not too dark or bright. Really liked it.

This is one of the first properties I have looked at and thought that yes, it is a good size for me and I would really love to live there- it is very me. LOVE it!

These videos keep getting better and better! I love the "subtitles" at the bottom showing us which room you are in : ) have a great day!

What a super property and home. Love the guest house and wonderful back yard, many fire pit and seating areas and the total design of the home. Love the living room with the stone on the fireplace wall and a TV above the fire place. Everything is great about this house. The only thing missing is a home theater room, but for the price I think it has such a warm and livable atmosphere. I also love it has the mountain and city views and total privacy as well. GREAT job on this one. I really enjoy watching your video tours Enes. We don't have homes like this at all or the mountains where I live in Charlotte, NC. Viewing your wonderful classic California Modern homes is like having a dream that I wish could come true !! CHEERS and all the best to your team and career. Your tours are very well done and very professional.

A beautiful home. Love the outside and at night it's R-e-a-l-l-y beautiful. Mikey, never change your music you use, you both do such a great job and are my favorite team, and I have watch alot of them.

the things enes do for us! stayed there for hours to show us the night scenario. my favorite part is the backyard during the dark. the place is expected to be grand as always, but cmon a projector screen at the pool?! SWEET! nobody expected that!

props to you enes for responding to all the comments it must take a while to see ALL of them and actually respond. Nobody really does that. Btw this house if just amazing and 8 mil for those gorgeous views along with the entire stylish design of the property and its close location to the core entertainment industry is kind of a steal compared to houses double the price

This house has the best views of LA and the incredible backyard I’ve ever seen🤩 OMG I wish I’m rich 😂
