Holy Crap, this has to be some of Mikey's best work yet. The last shots at the end, especially the moon shot coming over the infinity edge pool was just breathtaking. You need to make some screen saver, desktop downloads for some of those amazing shots.

I've been watching all of your videos since 2020 and I gotta say it makes me motivated to be a better version of myself. Imagining living in such extravagant places is nothing wrong. I need to grind up my way through as I'm in my early 20s. But setting such expectations is also not healthy. Finding happiness is the ultimate success and not owning certain assets. But nonetheless, as a detail-oriented person, I love the aesthetics and stuff of these homes. And as always, love your work Enes, keep it up!

Another excellent professional video. It’s obvious you guys do a lot of work for the walkthroughs. In terms of the video editing but also the level of research required to come up with such an informative and flowing script. That main bedroom wardrobe was unbelievable. You could practice your sprints in it it was so long. And those marble dumbbells, something you might see in a Flintstones gym. Loved the amount of outdoor spaces with this. Really created a relaxing vibe, a very homely feel. Can’t wait for the next one ..

The architecture is stunning. Just my type. And the barbells in the gym? How unique is that 🤩

I really appreciate you and Mikey showing us techno nerds, the Mechanical Room! I always wanted to know how they are making these multi million dollar homes, energy efficient and comfortable. It’s too bad that LA won’t allow solar panels too help the owner save money, but I guess that simply isn’t important for the ultra wealthy. Please keep up your fantastic work, seeing these homes give us normal people something to fantasize about!

Hi Enes, we are big fans of your channel and enjoy your videos very much. I just had a question though...is there any chance that you can review some more properties that are not in the modern or futuristic style? Maybe it's LA, but after watching through a lot of the videos in your library, it seems like the vast majority are modern/contemporary and they start feeling the same. If you could do some Midwestern, Southern, Victorian, or anything that's just not modern with the same 2 dishwashers, same fridges, same marble surfaces throughout, same infinity pools, it would be refreshing. Thank you for your work!

This was a very enjoyable tour. The home is beautiful, peaceful, liveable and without gimmicks. Very nice job Enes.

Enes, I've watched your videos for more than 2 years, I really hope you tour the home I want you to tour. Tour more homes in Malibu. I love homes with beach and ocean views. The one in specific is 32300 Pacific Coast Highway is a must tour mansion

The mansion entry courtyard is chic. The favorite feature in the living area is the FIREPLACE, it's slick! Also, the glass elevator has a bit of a vintage vibe. That kitchen sink is unique and beautifully set. The landscape views are luscious. The primary bathroom, closet area is elegant, so many other nooks to enjoy some solitude (the olive tree). This house screams peace! A mesmerizing tour thanks Enes, Mikey and the team.

Please do the penthouse of the Oceana in Key Biscayne! I have never seen you do a tropical apartment before.

Enes and Mikey are working hard! I think they deserve another vacation/tour of something nice with all the hard work they have put in.

@@drroblox1318 Get into real estate investing but start of as an agent. Honestly the most fair way to get rich, just requires a lot of work and patience, all this crypto currency, stable coin, NFT, are just bs. Real estate is the real deal, will get my license soon hopefully.

Tejas, with all due respect - If you really are able to build your own house like this, you should not at all look here. This is so far away from what you might want in ALL places of the world (certainly not India). This is - in my personal opinion - all marketing, zero good recommendation for you. Why would you buy a property that is only 70% the real value, 30% or even more was used to even make the building possible? W/o any info this is just unfair competition. (I am so sorry Enes!)

@@marioh5172I'm also from India, here we can build this MANSION "TYPE" of "HOMES" just in 100 feet width and 150 feet length residential plot of a land.....I know its very small compared to this mansion's size but still it looks similar when it comes down to interiors and outside architecture......he maybe referring to the idea of building this mansion type of "HOME" (not mansion itself as a whole).

This is so tastefully appointed & designed; premium materials and finish, but executed in a restrained and more elegant manner than many homes of similar price. Beautiful!
