Hey Enes. As an engineer who has been watching your videos from the very begining, I would say they are almost perfect. For me, you could achive the perfection in your videos by dedicating only a few seconds of video to the invisible heroes of these mansions, which keep them running and making them so cool. Im talking about the, technical rooms, boilers, FV, pipes, AC units, power plants, pool machinery... In my opinion, a technical room could be a piece of art itself, like another work of art in the house which deserves some appreciation. Glad to see the channel growing. Greetings from Ibiza

Agreed I’d enjoy that, not sure why lol.

The only thing about all these houses is how close the neighbors are. Also if I had a beach front property I wouldn't want to see more homes across the way. I like the unending open ocean concept.

This mansion is just as luxurious as the others, but its location and views are unmatched by other mansions! That TV is very special, like a work of art! The transparent swimming pool is also very special, just like an aquarium! I look forward to visiting Dubai one day to visit the luxury mansions introduced by Enes! Curious how that 700-year-old tree got there? You did a really great job again, thanks a lot for sharing！👍🥰🙌

I’ve visited this villa a few times while it was being constructed. I knew it was going to be amazing from the beginning👏🏽

Another stellar video, Enes. Too many of the houses I’ve seen featured in the UAE on other channels are either cold and impersonal, or a bit too Vegas - like. Not this one. This architectural achievement is warm and artistically dramatic while also being well imagined and beautifully executed. A brilliant find.

Wow you’re over dramatizing. It’s better or same accommodation than dorm rooms in college or hotel/cruise ships. They’re there to work not spend time in their bedrooms and it’s at will employment. Keep seething for other reasons though

I lived in Palm Jumeirah back in 2013/2014. Back then, it was a fantastic place even without the mall, the Royal Atlantis, and several other new developments. Now that it's 95% completed, it is the perfect place to own a house like this one.
