Hello Dominik and Patrick, I find that this house definitely gives value for money. OK, the kitchen and living room inside are a bit small, but it makes up for it with the outside spaces and this super cool top roof. One question: why don't the Marbella houses have solar panels ? I think there will be more and more customers wanting to have a neutral house (for air conditioning, heating in winter, hot water for the pool and even running water, as water can be a problem from time to time in Spain). ❤❤
