From the opening sequence alone, you can see this is going to be a special house! Went full screen. Bruna looks stunning too. Gorgeous outfit. The house - love it - super spacious, modern-retro minimalism but with rustic touches - gives the feel of being on a cruise ship with those balconies and panoramic views. So glad to hear it's 'eco-friendly' (more details please). Didn't like the entrance hall leading into the lounge area. Agree with comment that an elevator/lift would be an advantage. Artur's final summary was funny.

I love you Bruna. This property is amazing. I love the house, as always I love Arthur and the Drumelia property tours, but this one is especially special because Bruna had taken the lead. Bruna you did an excellent job and I absolutely enjoyed the property tour. THANK YOU SO MUCH DRUMELIA TEAM

Good briefing on a property with advantages and disadvantages. Interior design not to my personal taste in the public rooms. The browns and oranges have a very 1960's feel to them. Also, some of the very low elevation seating which seem to be popular aren't for me, (or anyone else with dodgy knees). The more neutral decoration in the bedrooms has more appeal. The first thing a buyer would do would be to redesign the wine room which is a car crash. Not enough bottle storage space and the wallpaper is out of place. The spa is underwhelming. End result looks rushed with not enough thought and planning. Also, the absence of a cinema room might deter some. Outside though looks fun and inviting. So, could be better with some personalised changes but overall, enjoyed it and the price point doesn't look too far away from representing value given the unique postcode.

Fantastic tour of a great property! The architecture looks stunning and the interior design and space a vert cozy feeling to it. Only thing I'm missing is a home theater and an elevator would be a very conveniant add on. Also want to comment on how great you two work on camera, I'm glad we get to see bruna along with you on tours more often, she has improved alot since her first appearance where she seemed a bit nervous to be on camera, I'm glad she feels more comfortable now, she sure is a natural for this, maybe we'll get to see her do a full tour on her own someday?🤔😁

Artur you and Bruna with a great tour!! I saw photos of this property online and have been viewing them the past few weeks and hoping that there would be a tour of it!! The first thing was that round motor court and so big leading up to the house it gives a great feel!! You also can't help but see the surrounding area so lush and great many trees!! Then also as Bruna pointed out , really impressive landscaping!! I also like the view at the back and the fact that it is on a hillside and looking down there is so much to appreciate it!! Of all the Zagaleta lots this is one of my favorite ones, so much so that I though about Villa Enso and kind of wish that house was built on this lot!! So the developer chose a great lot and built a terrific modern home!! I am partial to contemporary styles , and this one is vert well designed from the exterior to the interior and as Bruna Mentioned it also has a great decor and furnishings!! I seem to recall there was a photo showing a home theater maybe it was a different house since you did not have it in your tour!! But fantastic job by the builder I am sure it will Be snapped up soon!! Again,great tour by Bruna and you!!:)))

Also, people need to remember that Zagaleta is one of the most desirable communities in the WORLD!! Large lots, large homes and most with Ocean views. This community has the highest level of security so no one can enter unless permitted by the entrance staff. If you are comparing this community to any in the USA, the US gun laws are allowing atrocious barbaric acts of gun violence. Not so in Marbella. The lifestyle in this community allows you to catch a helicopter to the airport, ring up concierge to arrange anything (private luxury shopping tours, escorted guest tours, yacht rentals, chef experience & catering options, etc) , plus it has an equestrian center and the private 2 18 hole championship golf courses. In Zagaleta it is a members only highly secured luxury lifestyle. Its a dream that 99.9% of the population cannot attain. IMO the final price I'd be prepared to pay is around 10M-12M€. Check out their channel for other luxury properties. All the Very BEST peeps.

Imagine if this property was anywhere in California. Easily triple the cost… minimum. Marbella and Zagaleta are hosts to the most beautifully constructed homes. I will stop at nothing until I live in one of these mansions. The space of the plot and features and amenities you get for the cost are unreal. Love your videos.

Fantastic house for my personal touch I would just add more plants to make it more Cosey on the exterior. Loved your beautiful Co host with great shoes 👠😜. The interior designer done amazing to create a very Cosey and relaxed atmosphere. Hoping the view this property soon.

It's a very good home still I'm a little bit taken back by all the doors that you have to go thru to get to the rooms... Something about the flow of the house that doesn't motivate...

Check out videos on La Zag & Marbella too. If you live in La Zag its the lifestyle that you are investing in and NOT just a house. Most people with that budget would appreciate the privacy, security, concierge, heliport to Malaga PLUS membership has an exclusivity to events/activities reserved for people who expect a certain standard of lifestyle. Large private flat plots with large interior spaces + terraces & sea views are usually over $10M in La Zag. Smaller sized plots & int. space with NO privacy and close to noisy roadways might be 50% of that price offering. The budget is a little too high for this Villa b/c it has NO lift & NO cinema -maybe $10M is more realistic. Imagine walking down to the wine cellar from the Solarium to select a couple of reds and then walking back up those stairs. - I'd be out of breath!!

Compared to others at this price range it just doesn’t seem to have the ‘wow factor’ for me! 🤔

I love when the interior design is discussed but please include the brand and/or material. For example, instead of "this is a nice faucet" you should say "this faucet by Fantini Boffi is in a brushed brass finish". Or instead of "these are nice large tiles" you should say "these oversized travertine tiles, which are 120cm x 120cm, are locally sourced and have a honed finish". Offering more detail and insight would keep you from sounding repetitive and would give me the detail I crave. Pointing out what I can see i.e. "there's the pool" isn't the same as telling me what I can't know just by looking i.e. the pool 20 meters x 60 meters and is laid with Brazilian tile. Also, occasionally touring with the architect is always nice. They discuss architectural details you never get from a realtor. Anyway, that's my two cents. I love the homes in Marbella.

I m a bit "disappointed". For a House this pretty and big and for 10mil+, i really expect an Elevator.

At 21:23 can someone explains to me why the separation between two floors are so thick? Since a concrete slab is usually around 20cm thick I never get what's behind those really thick concrete elements. If an architect or a construction worker see my comment, an answer would be really appreciated, thanks!

I don't work in real estate, but my feeling about this property is that the value is overvalued. An excellent plot for a medium infrastructure mansion. In my honest opinion, this property is not aligned with a €12.8 million investor.

Maybe it’s the proximity to the amenities that’d give a price premium. Remember that it’s a hundred thousand euros a year to join if you’re not a resident. And it has the all important sea view with, at its elevation, no sight of the urban city before that sea. However I’d prefer the older villa situated in the forests they toured a few weeks ago. That’s cheaper but not a new build.

This villa is beautiful - Obvious the Views and out door area really makes this property stand out. But no Cinema & no lift are MASSIVE drawbacks. The furniture is included but may not be the right taste for some (like me). I luv that the indoor pool has the jets. I wonder how noisy the heliport area is as they can see it from the property. I'm NOT surprised this villa is still available at this price pt. If the seller wants to sell oit should go close to $10M vs having a 12 in front of it. Luv La Zag; The sunny weather allows me to boat, golf, tennis, horse back ride & hike all yr round plus just to walk around the Marbella beaches and beach front is excellent for mind & spirit!!

Zagaleta hin oder her, der Preis ist komplett überzogen. Und wenn man schon so ein Mond Preis verlangt, sollte sich bei der Einrichtung mehr Mühe geben.
