It's such an arduous task to even suggest any changes at all since the mansions you showcase are totally modern and futuristic. However, if you ask me, I would refrain from using just glass for rails on the bridge above living room as they might not be sturdy all the time even if they are toughened or plexi glass. I would back it up with the steel frames and give it a continuity to the one with the staircase. Also, there's still a lot of scope for more amenities on the outdoor space. On the orientation side, the headboard of Master Suite bed is best not placed in the direction of magnetic pole. Nonetheless, the vantage point this mansion commands and the way it is designed is breathtaking

I've only just discovered Drumelia after watching Erik for a while and I absolutely love seeing these Spanish contemporary mansions. I've spent a lot of time in Marbella, Malaga, Estepona and around Selwo so I'm always trying to place the locations based on my knowledge of the area. Someday I'll be giving Artur a call to arrange a viewing, hopefully!

My favorite house of all times, so Arturo is my favorite host....... I follow villa Cristal since it was first on the market... and have around 200 photos from it... even being built... So I hate this tour because I dont want anybody to buy it....but I know I will loose this race anyhow... A house tour should be minimum 30 minutes and the more you show, the better... garage, bedrooms... everything... from Calpe...
HI, you asked for comments about doors , well here is the point , it goes always so quick that also some doors stayed closed, like the laundry room , utility room , and forgot tol mention the solar panels , I love to see my home area again , and am looking atm for a property with stables, at least 10 in the andalucia area , but i cant find good videos of this. Thanks for the tourings You , 2 , do !

Great house, but have we seen it before? Loved the dark features in the bathrooms and the greenery outside. The high ceilings help to reduce the heat Erick, also noticed there were some solar panel out from on the verge under the pool. Do these homes not have mains gas?
Everything is good except the master bedroom if you are lying in bed and look up at the ceiling it's like inside a coffin design.

so the main thing about induction hobs instead of gas is just about licenses and time. Time is precious, and for devolopers a gas instalation to be lisenced is just too much time wasted and it is! at least here in portugal is about 3-6 months just to get inspections and everything. its money wasted, time wasted and a pain in the bumb
A bit too many open spaces, I love big beautiful waste of spaces in some living area's, entry halls dining rooms etc, but some areas don't need to be that big to make a house look grande. Personla taste though, nice house.
